At least once in our lifetime, we watch or listen to influencers who got successful careers to share their journey and their advice, encouraging us to work smart, not hard.

Do you think working smart is enough to make a zero become a hero, a startup become a unicorn, and then a big4? Definitely no.

I don't believe a great achievement can come by that easily. Those successful people are already smart guys, but being smart is just not enough. Actually, they all forced themselves to work hard all day long, like sixteen hours per day, seven days per week, consistently for years. Then success came as an obvious result.

The 10-year-journey of NTQ Solution is a memorable youth of many employees who have spent five to ten years devoting themselves to making the vision, and mission of NTQ come true. NTQ Solution is an organization that gathers all brilliant people with strong solidarity. NTQ-ers are all smart but the thing we are most proud of is how resilient, hard-working, and passionate NTQ-ers were to dedicate ourselves to climb up from the 5 to 800-employee-corp and still counting.

Proud to be a part of this organization and 120% willing to join hands to help NTQ grow bigger and greater day by day.

Now it’s just the beginning of a long journey ahead with lots of obstacles challenging our limits. To be down to earth, the segment that my RECO-Expert team is exploring is kinda tough, cuz it's new, and we are the pioneer with determined aspirations. But it's never an excuse to discourage us from striving further, digging deeper till the end of the all way long to find out the final answer (even if we fail, we at least get a clear and certain conclusion). We do appreciate the result, but also enjoy every moment of the demanding process.

Good things take time

And, one day all this hard work will make sense
